Our SG Series special Mobile Compost Mixers, which we have manufactured in our contracted facility abroad, are under the guarantee of our Company for 24 Months. It is designed to provide maturation by bulk mixing method in Solid Waste Separation facilities and Livestock Facilities.
How is Composting Carried Out?
Although various methods may be used in the world to carry out composting, experience has shown that the most effective method is the Biotablizer Method.
In the biotablizer method, after the domestic garbage taken from the garbage bunker is passed through the sorting belts, it is generally placed in a cylindrical, rotating drum with a diameter of 27.47 m. and a length of 270 m. The rotational speed of this drum is 0.5 rpm during daytime; 0.25 rpm during night hours. In order to fully meet the need for oxygen, additional air must be given into the drum with the help of fans. In this method, theoretically raw compost is formed in 3-5 days.
The obtained raw compost, which has completed the pre-fermentation stage, is sieved and the glass shards inside are removed and taken to the resting areas. Compost which is left to rest up to 4 months (which is left to final separation) in these areas can be offered for sale.
What are the Agricultural Benefits of Compost Product?
The main benefit of compost is its ability to improve soil structure and property. Its benefits can be listed as follows:
– Increases the pore space in the soil (ground).
– Provides easy ventilation of the ground,
– Provides easy cultivation of hard-to-culvtivate soils,
– Prevents salting in dry seasons by increasing the water holding ability of the soil.
– Has a buffer effect against mineral fertilization at high rates.
– Provides better use of nutrients by plants.
Experience has shown that compost is particularly beneficial in gardens which cannot produce enough hummus and types of agriculture in which fruit and grapes are cultivated.
In Which Types of Agriculture Can Compost be Used?
Compost can be used in the production
of various agricultural products in the following quantities;
In agricultural types that require
hoeing ……… 670-2500 t / ha
In grain agriculture …………………………..
50-1700 t/ha
In pastures ……………………………….
30-50 t/ha
In the vineyards …………………………..
80-3700 t/ha
In fruit agriculture …………………………..
200-1000 t/ha
In vegetable agriculture …………………………..
300-500 t/ha
In the production of ornamental plants
………………….. 200-500 t/ha
In arboriculture ……………………………..
100-300 t/ha
What Is The Difference Between Compost
Product And Fertilizer?
Compost is not fertilizer. While
fertilizer provides the soil with the necessary nutrients for the
development of plants, compost provides the structural arrangement of
the soil (ground). However, it is possible to obtain high quality
fertilizer by adding certain amounts of Nitrogen, Phosphorus,
Potassium (N, P, K) into the compost. This fertilizer has more
benefits for the agricultural fields than all artificial fertilizers.
In addition, due to its raw material is natural, the problem of
artificial taste in the produced products disappears.
